    We proudly manufacture our products in-house out of East Gwillimbury, Canada.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    Orders submitted on goldenlabinc.com process quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care at goldenlabinc@outlook.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be cancelled or modified.
  • What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?
    Please contact us at goldenlabinc@outlook.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.
  • My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.
    Sometimes packages are incorrectly marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely arrive within a few days. If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact our team at goldenlabinc@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.
  • Which countries do you ship to?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Can I return my Golden Lab Inc products?
